I will just say i changed the oil, ran some carb cleaner thru the carb and checked brakes. All new hoses for the breaks, need new pads. The rear end hoses need to be redone or something, one of the POs (previous owners) ran them wrong and they rub on the rear springs and are about to burst any day now. It was running great after oil change, only had about 2.5 quarts in there. I dropped 5 quarts in and a fresh oil filter and fresh air filter. Also brakes could probly use a good bleeding so they dont feel soo squishy. At least i have more than 1/4 inch of travel in the pedal.
Things i need to learn about, carbs. How to fix them, rebuild and tweak them. The 304 had terrible idling/stalling problems in the cold. would run great once warmed up. For now the CJ is parked in the garage awaiting me to get a job so i can pay for parts and tools.
